“These Characters” refer to “Gekiyaku V” and “Kazehiki V,” VOCALOID6 products released by Yamaha Corporation.
These are distinct from Gekiyaku and Kazehiki voicebanks created for UTAU.

Individuals, corporations, and organizations are permitted to use derivative works of the Characters for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Within the scope described above, no prior permission or inquiry is required.

▼ Prior Consultation Required ▼

The production of merchandise by companies using official standing illustrations or official images requires prior consultation.

​▼Prohibited Uses▼

Notwithstanding the preceding section, the following uses are prohibited:

• The production of merchandise by individuals using official standing illustrations or official images

• Use of standing illustrations that are included or published for UTAU or beta versions

• Sale or resale of cosplay costumes

• Tracing official illustrations or claiming them as one’s own work

• Any use that significantly damages the image of the Characters

• Any use that is contrary to public order, morality, or social ethics

• Any use that infringes, or may infringe, upon the rights of others
